At Midlothian Music USA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your local carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
